Located by tram so you hear it all night, not terrible but!
Great location to walk the town. Rooms are large and clean, breakfast we well done

Rooms were ready by 10am, not charge for early check-in. The reception staff are happy to book your trips / advise you of things to do and they are not pushy.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, good location clean good sized rooms, staff friendly & helpful, bit noisy on the outside on a weekend but that is to be expected all in all can not fault this hotel 👍

A beautiful old building updated to fit our times.
Location was amazing with great cafes, restaurants and bars nearby.
The best of Pragues tourist sites were within easy reach.
Staff were very friendly and willing to help with all Enquiries.
My room was on the River side and was clean and bright.
On the downside was the lack of any English TV channels other than usual BBC, CNN etc.
The shower was good, but the vertical rail holding the shower head, did told support it high enough to stand under, and the optional rain head shower was clogged and only squirted out of a few holes. First world problems..
The corridors were dark coming on as you walk, but unfortunately not often enough.
breakfast was the best I’ve had touring around Europe over the past 5 weeks.
Definitely coming back.

Great Hotel, confortable bed, amazing breakfast. Staff at desk very helpful. Kitchen staff very nice. Loved the hotel, highly recommended.
