Good standard Hotel, excellent location close to Metro, large shopping centre with food court. Additionally for an extra charge you can use the Sauna, Steam, Swimming pool and Gym. Note staying in a superior room, breakfast costs extra. It may be included with other rooms.

I mean it was okay, the hotel overall was not bad but the rooms were really old and the bath was totally small, also a shower curtain is not the most hygene thing and foam coming out of the drain while showering is also a little curious. When you look at the pictues it looks much better than in real life. Wouldnt come again

Mostly loved the staff. Very attentive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Prague.

Great hotel, nice rooms, super good breakfast. Connected to a nice mall and food court, with a metro station. I wanted to use the pool but they charge for it. Massages should be at a fee, but not the pool.

the AC is not AC, just a fan blower. Heat did not work, I was told there is no heating season yet. Parking at $25/day - what a joke. Breakfast is expensive. They used to have better breakfast selection.

The hotel facility is old, dirty and no maintenance in the rooms.. bathroom so dirty with dirty bathroom curtains and the toilets got choked even from peeing whiles we are occupied in the room, room service comes to attempt to drain the toilets. Request to change room failed so we eventually decided to check out. My wife and I will never recommend this property for anyone who wants to have a good sleep during their holidays in Prague. Their restaurants look well decorated but with nothing special and pricey for the food. Waiters and managers are rude and it’s as if they are expecting a certain class of people to dine there where as whatever had there, was paid for.

We are sorry if you felt that the cleanliness in our hotel needs an improvement, but when it comes to the cleanliness of our hotel in general, we pay extremely precise focus to that. So that the bathroom in your room would be left with dirty shower curtains or a dirty toilet sound highly improbable to us, since each of our rooms is even inspected after cleaning. We always follow the request of our guests if they prefer to change the room (in a situation like that), since the satisfaction of our guests is crucial to us. If we are 100% occupied that time, unfortunately the change of the room is not possible, but we always try to fix the situation as soon and as smooth as possible, so that is also why we had immediately sent the technicians to your room to properly check the bathroom. Great hotel if getting a little dated. Hub for vast coach and school parties which can be trying ( and hugely adds to breakfast and lift queues). A bit out of the town centre but UBER service impeccablle. Overall, very pleasant.
