Junior suite. Rooms were good in size with places to put luggage. Beds were hard but not lumpy and had clean sheets. AC and shower were both good. Rooms were kind of clean. Pool was refreshing and clean. Close to Don Muang International airport.
We had small ants everywhere despite our efforts to remove them and ensuring no food in room. Hotel needs new towels as they smell. We asked for two new towels but they smelled as well. Despite what the hotel says, there is no restaraunt and no shuttle service. We tried for shuttle both upon arrival and departure and were just given excuses. There is no 'breakfast buffet'. There was bread that you could toast, jam, and cut-up chicken sausages that were not warm or good. Breakfast was a joke. All of this is manageable depending on your expectations.
Worst part, however, is that the hotel is not near anything. It is way down a dark side road. We spent way too much money on transport here (used Bolt) and should have just spent that money on a better hotel closer to city center. Lesson learned. We actually contemplated moving hotels after first night but didn't want to give up half of a day's worth of siteseeing to move to a new hotel.
Because of proximity to airport I would recommend this for a short, one-night, layover. For anything else, find a hotel closer to the city. For reference, we are a Canadian family with two teenagers.

Canadian family with two teenagers stayed in the junior suite for 4 nights. Rooms and beds were good in size. Showers and AC were good. Beds were hard but not lumpy, and had clean sheets. Room was sort of clean. Pool was clean and refreshing. Hotel is close to Don Muang Airport.
There were small ants in our room continuously despite ensuring no food in the room. Their towels need replacing as they smell. We asked for two new towels but they smelled bad as well. There is nothing around the hotel. It is down a dark road way off the beaten path. Despite what the hotel states, there is no restaraunt on site, we could not get them to provide a shuttle service, and breakfast consisted of bread that we could toast, jam, and small chicken sausages (breakfast was a joke).
We spent too much money in transport staying here. We would have been better off spending that money on a nicer hotel closer to city. Lesson learned. We actively looked at finding another hotel after night one but didn't want to give up half a day sightseeing for changing hotel. I would recommend this hotel only for a single night stay if you fly out of Don Muang, for anything other look elsewhere.

The property is totally out of my expectation, booked, paid but not lived in, changed to another hotel straightaway.

Dont belive google maps. The hotel is quite a way from Future Park.
You get what you pay for, very basic, bathroom and shower not great.
The Junior suite is actually just conjoined rooms.

We stayed nearly 8 days in this property ,felt like staying in home the staffs where so friendly I totally felt like home dear hotel team thanks for taking care of us
