"We stayed at the transient house A. It was good but it needs detailed cleaning. The sofa covers need to be washed. Some kitchen stuffs like can opener and knives need to be upgraded. "Upon arriving at the place the guard refused to let me in stating that I didnt have reservation. He contacted the manager and when she arrived she informed me that expedia cancelled my reservation. I drove 5 hours to get to the place. I contacted hotels.com and after the manager spoke with the operator she took us to the building. I had my elderly mother with me and there was no elevator in the building. She recommended we transfer to the sister building with elevator and better accommodations....
