The room was 'tired' to say the least. The upside was that the reception staff, particularly Beck, went above an beyond to help us.

Modern, stylish room right in the old town
Posted 8 Aug 2024 on HotelsCouldn't be happier with the hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff at the reception, the hotel and the room were all looking stylish but newly refurbished and clean. It's literally in the old town, you walk 1 minute and you are on the market square. So much so that you cannot drive to or park at the hotel. If you drive the recommended underground parking costs 60Zł daily (around £12/€14).
We had a very pleasant stay, we will happily return if visiting Poznan again.

Overall it’s pretty good with nice staff and neighborhood. The inside facility is well equipped, despite no main shower head and washroom exhaust.
Would recommend in old town.
