The owner is friendly and accommodating. He easily rescheduled our stay after our plans changed. The rooms, although dated, were very clean and comfortable. Kudos to the cleaning staff! We were even able to watch some whale activity right from the front step of our room.
I would recommend the Seaside Villa for your stay in Powell River.

Could do with more lighting esp. over the sink. A standup lamp would be nice too.
It’s comfortable and clean but does look rather dated.

Very clean room. Very quiet…no a/c was not good. They had fans but some of the power outlets didn’t work. We had to kind of mcgiver the extension cord.
