Our villa had the pool light broken, and cracked. so it wasn’t as nice in the evening as the other villas. In my opinion we should not have been given this unit as it needed repairs. "Good place but TV and Wi-Fi did not work. Operator was very helpful with parking. "

"Location was fantastic but be prepared to walk up lots of stairs. Old city centre totally walkable but this always means parking is a few blocks away. Breakfast included plus discount if you eat any other meals there. Suite itself good, but unfortunately smelly bathroom drains that may be due simply to an old building that the host may have no control over. Keep the door closed so the sleeping area doesn’t pick up the smell. Overall good but if you’re picky go elsewhere. Host was great."

"Beautiful place in such a nice area by the Adriatic Sea. Wonderful small village with much to do in the area. "

"We absolutely loved this property! The suite was so clean, super comfortable, amazing views, had everything we needed, was a great location to walk into town, the pool was great, and there's a beach very close, and also good dining close to the suites. We were able to park the car and walk everywhere. Petra, the receptionist, was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the future. "

"Clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped - everything for our family 5-night stay. Kitchen area was equipped with kettle, coffee maker, microwave and electric hob. Crockery and utensils also provided. Seating inside and out for 4. Bathroom with shower was spotlessly clean. Easy parking provided. "

"We enjoyed a quiet stay a Villa Vanilla. Our host kindly did all our laundry and accommodated an early departure. We were able to walk the neighborhood easily finding good food and beach access. It is a ways from old town was the only down side. "

"Lovely, modern apartments. Very close to bus station and beaches. Sea Organ about 25 mins walk away. Excellent communication with agent, via phone and WhatsApp. Would definitely recommend. "

"The beds were not the most comfortable. Too hard, but also with annoying polyvinyl under the sheets. Maybe we were expecting a more well-kept beach in this 5-star resort. Comparing the beach with the neighboring, much smaller 4-star resort Sunnyside Apartments shows some of the weaknesses of the Falkensteiner resort beaches."

"Lovely stay at the apartment, a not too far walk from the beautiful Zadar. Would be happy to come back, place was spacious and great to come back to each night. Loved the outdoor panoramic views each morning for breakfast. Only improvements would be ways to dispose of rubbish during the week"

"Staff was great. The family gave us a tour of their wonderful garden ( olive, apple, lemon, kiwi etc trees). Room was very comfortable. It is walkable to the old town ( 30 minutes). My only negative would be that the towels need to replaced. Highly recommend this stay. "

"The entire staff i dealt with made the stay the best ive ever had in a hotel.They made you feel welcome not just a number on the list. "We did excursions and the place we had to meet were minutes away from the Hotel. Excellent location from the old town for shopping and eating. The lady that took care of us at the Hotel was great and a down to earth person. She had a Sassy Attitude and I mean that in a good way. I almost forgot about the great breakfast that was included. Yummy!! "
