The room was okay but going in the front desk area was torn up due to water damage. I think that we should have been told before when we booked it. A sign on the door said enter at your own risk. I wasn’t impressed.

I am sorry to see you were displeased with the front desk and lobby damage. We do our best to inform guests, however with so many ways to book these days that is a huge challenge. Walking in the lobby and dinning area has been flooded from second floor. Construction waiting on insurance. Man standing outside smoking pot and front area stunk. No breakfast due to flooding. Feel we should have been alerted to problems before hand.

I am sorry to see you were not pleased. We have done our best to try to let everyone know ahead of time of the construction, as it was not a planned renovation this has been exceptionally difficult. We have reached out to all 3rd party companies, but as of now nothing has been posted. We try to contact guests by phone/email, but unfortunately the information we have is not always correct. I do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience in that we cannot provide breakfast at this time given we have no actual area to provide it. We appreciate the kindness and patience we have been shown by most of our guests and apologize to the ones that have been disappointed by the circumstances.

Due to Hurricane Helene, there was water damage to the property. The lobby has to be completely remodeled, lots of noise due to fans and dehumidifiers, but the staff did their best in the circumstances

The fixtures need updated in room as most were kinda rusty & the beds most definitely need replaced - felt every darn spring in the mattress!

Our room was clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. The fridge worked well, TV had good signal and we had no complaints about the room, except for a little bit of a musty smell from the carpets being recently shampooed/cleaned. The room was very affordable and was better than what I expected. The breakfast is very limited, but they always kept hot coffee ready, which was great! Over all, I give it 3.5 start to 4 stars, related to prive and services.
