Good Morning Jeremy or Hunter,It is mandatory to have an ID to check in and have a 50 incidental fee. It is stated in the reservation policy.My staff is just following the procedure of checking in.

Place was really clean staff friendly but for the cost of hotel room a complimentary breakfast would of been great.

The staff has to do better with their attitude I’ve been on this property 4 times and it had been the same issue. Manager included.

Loved our quick stay! Just wish the breakfast was free, but other than that it was lovely.
