No complaints whatsoever! Staff was great and even texted my phone every day to see how my stay was going and ask if I needed anything. 10/10 recommend!!

We were very happy with our stay. They had a nice variety for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had plans to walk the Hudson Walkway bridge and Sadie was so helpful with information on where to park and places to eat. So friendly! Our stay couldn’t have been any better.

Hotel needs some updating. More than one washing machine and dryer!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I understand how important convenience is during your stay, and I’d like to clarify that we offer two washers and two dryers for guest use. Regarding your room, we had just replaced our lock system the day before your arrival, and you were actually the first to use the upgraded lock in your guest room. We also recently repaved our parking lot as part of our ongoing improvements to enhance the guest experience.We truly value your suggestions and are continuously working to make your stays even better. “I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, Kashiem at the front desk made me feel warmly welcomed. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail were outstanding and truly enhanced my stay.
