The receptionists and rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly! The hotel was clean and well maintained.

It was very nice in a very good location near Potos where you can go by foot.it was very clean with air condition really comfortable!!! The breakfast was excellent with great variety and served in a lovely place near the pool!!! Everyday was different!!! The pool also was very clean!!! The price was a bit expensive!!! For the greek standards!!! If it was cheaper we could stay more days!!!

Hotel gave me room not in the building that I have reserved but on a different building, behind the hotel and the room is looking to the street in the back.
I made a reservation for a sea view room but hotel gave me a room in a different complex.
I have asked for a replacement but they didn't help and told me that there is no other room. They are saying that I need to solve this with you.
I request either a proper room replacement or at least 30% discount on the room rate as I have paid additional 50€ per night just for sea view compared to other hotels in the region.
Could you please help me on this case?

Posted 15 Aug 2024 on HotelsOtelde aracımızı park edeceğimiz bir alan yoktu. Odaya girdiğimizde sular kesikti ve klima damlatıyordu. Bunu otel görevlisine söylememize rağmen odamızı boş oda olmadığından değiştiremeyeceğini söyledi. Kahvaltıdan hiç bir şey beklemeyin çünkü çok az ürün vardı ve tatları çok kötüydü. Burada konaklayacakların bir daha düşünmesini tavsiye ederim.
