Not easy for us

This is a self serve property. This does not suit us. First the directions on hotels.com were incorrect. Second when you are told a key will be sent we do not imagine an electronic message and codes. This delayed our entry to the property by 1hr. As it was raining the next morning having to go out for breakfast at a nearby cafe was also not convenient.

Séjour normal, si ce n'est que nous avons eu aucun accueil, heureusement la voisine de l'étage (salon de beauté) nous a bien aidé (grand merci à elle). Nous avons aussi eu un tarif majoré de 12,71€ par rapport à notre contrat Hôtel.com - Pourquoi ??? (aucune explication) Le petit déjeuner un croissant, un café et un petit verre d'eau (6€ dénote avec la majorité des autres séjours effectués. En résumé, un séjour moyen.

ho chiesto la possibilità di rimanere altre 2 ore in stanza per motivi di lavoro ma mi è stato risposto che dovevo pagare l'intera quota per ottenere questa cortesia. vabbè
