This was very nice hotel for an overnight stay. The rooms were clean. It was fairly noise-free and a nice breakfast.

Everything was great other than the room having a weird smell. We weren’t in the room other than to shower/sleep, so it wasn’t a big deal. Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had.

My room smelled bad. Carpets or something needs to be cleaned.

Rates were low and the room was clean. It's an older hotel, but we felt good about staying there. I would say the complementary breakfast was similar to what you get at a Hampton Inn, so I was pleased. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage (links or patties), biscuits & gravy, waffle makers, cereal, baked items, yogurts, etc... Indoor pool was clean and quite popular. Staff was very nice and attentive. Our room was clean, but had a very old microwave with a power dial on it. If you moved it up beyond medium low, it would shut off. Took over 5 minutes to warm up pizza. The last night we were there, I had to call the front desk for a noise complaint. A group of inconsiderate teenagers were running through the halls and slamming doors until nearly 1am. No less than 30 seconds after I called, the front desk clerk was up in the hallway and handling business. These are expected problems at inexpensive hotels. Large groups rent these rooms and the kids run amuck. However, the staff here shut it down immediately. Would I stay here again? Yes. It was a 7 mile trip to downtown Coeur d'Alene and 1 exit from downtown Post Falls. Convenient location off the freeway and plenty of parking. Bike/walking path through Post Falls towards CDA started next to the hotel driveway entrance.
