Free breakfast but not worth it. Should be cheaper room rate, than free breakfast. One of the worst. Bedroom and washroom are dirty. Poor housekeeping and maintenance work. Just staff showing up because it pays the bill, but no concern to the hotel brand. Sorry, I like the brand and location, but not coming back in this particular place. Will be trying other hotel next time.

Room had not been cleaned. Had 3 night reservation, left after one night. The only reason we even stayed one night was because it was midnight. Slept in clothes on top of bed. Precious occupants pills on floor and pubic hairs on toilet. Most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in.

This property was definitely not as it seems. On the first day of arriving the staff was not too welcoming. The room smells pretty bad to where I have to buy a wall plug in order to stay for the whole week. Some part of the hallway downstairs smells like cigarettes. The desk and phone were dusty. The phone didn’t work. The corners floor was dirty with dust. I really wished I booked elsewhere. The pictures was deceiving. Very disappointed.

No hot water…no internet, password given was months old per guy in charge…

Guy at desk on check in was kinda rude For Expedia Why was rate I was charged on Expedia more than what they said I was charge?
