The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the common areas, including the lounge. One of the most convenient aspects of staying at Ottavia Residence Hotel is the Pewex supermarket located right on the ground floor. This made it incredibly easy to pick up groceries and any essentials without having to leave the building. Whether I needed fresh ingredients for a quick meal or snacks for the room, everything was just a few steps away. The supermarket is well-stocked with a wide variety of products,"

"Our two night stay was super! The outstanding staff members made all the difference. They allowed us to check in early, called taxis for us, and generally went out of their way to make sure we were treated well! Nothing is fancy at this facility, but everything was clean and we had all that was necessary. The area is quiet also. We would stay there again. "

"We ended our Italy trip here with cocktails at the beachside bar, watching sunset! We had an early flight out of Rome the next morning (driving back from Cinque Terre). We were initially going to just crash at a hotel near the airport, but instead decided to try this hotel on the beach, about 30 min north of FCO. So glad we stayed here! Staff were so friendly. The owner was on site and we ate at the restaurant, which had a pretty outdoor seating area. Food and drinks were great, and our waiter recommended a good local wine. Very chill vibe and a relaxing end to our trip. Just to set expectations: This is an older property that was recently renovated, so there are some parts that are a bit dated/worn, but the furnishings are new and everything was very clean. Driving in, it’s just south of a more industrial area, with a large port. We drove through a neighborhood with lots of apartments with laundry hanging and there was some graffiti around the exterior back wall of the hotel. If you are expecting an ultra-lux resort, this may not be a good fit. But if you want a relaxed and comfortable stay in a beachside resort with friendly staff, great food/drinks, and gorgeous sunsets, then this resort is perfect."

"Wonderful accommodations. A plus everything but…The restaurant should have more of an authentic cuisine found in lazio… like real fried zucchini flowers with ricotta not slices zucchini with sauce of ricotta and flowers…if the had simple dishes would of been better.. I didn’t mind spending 25euro for 4 small bocconcini… it was classic with half of a tomato.. fine..i would recommend other restaurants near property … not much variety as well for dinner… as for breakfast, was amazing. "
