Beautiful Interior Decor of the communal spaces and the hotel room. The staff was really friendly and helpful recommending places to have dinner and/or a drink. Loved the proximity of all the near by bars and restaurants to the hotel. Wished would have stay longer. Definitely recommend others to stay at the Hotel Portsmouth.

A beautiful old building renovated with modern facilities but still has history and historical charm. It was really nice. Awesome breakfast

Staff was so friendly, room was clean, more housekeeping than was expected, nice neighborhood near John Paul Jones house. Everything you could need. Like staying in a relative’s mansion.
