Excellent location - walked out the train station and within 2 mins walk you’re at the front door, 5 mins dockyard! BUT - it’s an older building, even though it had an elevator you still need to walk down / up 2 flights, which made it hard for my luggage. My single room was like a pantry, clean enough for overnight but the bed was too soft ( I weigh 115 lbs) and make it hard to sleep. The ventilation system was noisy all night, At 6 am I can smell the bacons fried up from downstairs ( kitchen). The restaurant was pretty good with a full Japanese menu. The hotel served my overnight purpose but not an ideal choice for vacation.

I booked a deluxe double room with view but got an average twin room with no view which is a shame because we’ve stayed before and had a lovely room. Great location for shops bars and casino

Great little hotel in a perfect location, 5-10 mins from the dockyard, Spinnaker tower and Guildhall (we attended a concert there).
Staff were friendly, room clean and comfortable (a bit too hot, but they have air con) and good shower. Parking next door in the hotel carpark is another plus. And a decent breakfast too, very happy with our stay.
