The Janmere was a close walk to the beach, venues, shopping, and dining. The room decor was nice and the room was clean, had a full-sized refrigerator, kitchen sink, table, and microwave. I do wish the check-out was 11am instead of 10am, and the free, 24-hr, self-serve coffee was very watery (but a nice gesture to have available for guests). Overall, a good experience. They also had an outdoor pool and grills for the guests to use. I would stay there again.

Hampton Beach is not my kind of area. A lot of young adults at Hampton that seem to like to party in this area. The motel room was lovely inside and clean. Great to have a full size refrigerator The pool was a nice size and clean. The people behind the desk were great and kind.The location was great. 1 block to the beach and boardwalk . Free parking was a plus because it cost $40 around the beach area. The motel is well maintained. I just wasn’t impressed with Hampton beach.

We stayed in the room with the 2 queen beds from Fri to Mon of Memorial Day 2025. After driving by here for years I am glad I finally stayed here. From the moment you check in you are greeted with friendliness, and it was done very quick. The room was just like the pictures in photo nice comy beds, big tv, table and chairs, mini fridge with freezer. Outside there are 2 chairs and a small table. The pool looked amazing however we chose the coldest Memorial Day to go. You do get to know your neighbors as the rooms are close to together but it’s not that bad,. You are walking distance to everything Hampton beach has to offer and we will definitely be back
