Opossum infestation
Terrible. The hotel is very old and infested with opossums. On the second night, I heard a noise in the patio door, and it was an opossum trying to get in. The next day, I saw two more running by the rooms. When I told the front desk, the man said they knew about it. It's an ongoing issue, but they cannot get rid of the opossums. We left that day, and hotels.com did not refund the unused nights, which was pretty disappointing.

A piscina estava muito suja e devido a chuva nosso quarto ficou alagado.

A piscina precisa ser limpa mais vezes na semana, fiquei 12 dias e observei que tinha sujeira nos corredores que ficaram por 5 dias ou mais para limpar. Uma bandeja de comida que pediram ficou 3 dias na frente do quarto até pegarem. Estão reformado, o que é bom mas tinha pó o tempo todo pois estavam lixando as madeiras e refazendo o teto. Alias, as 7:30hs da manhã já tinham pedreiros furando, cortando piso e lixando, resumindo o que era para ser tranquilo foi um caos.

O hotel é muito bonito! Porem ao chegar ,ja tivemos um péssimo atendimento nosso chekin seria as 14:00,porem só conseguimos entrar no quarto as 15:00,nos deixaram esperar muito tempo na recepção, os funcionários da recepção não conseguiam resolver nada, todos mal humorados,com a cara fechada,como se estivessem fazendo um favor pra gente. Acho que deveriam fazer um treinamento, ou fazer uma troca de funcionários ,pois aqueles que conheci,não sabem recepcionar nenhum hospede, não conseguem resolver os problemas, não olha na cara do hospede. Uma pena,pois o hotel é bonito, os quartos bem limpos ,porém de funcionários estão bem abaixo da média. Infelizmente não voltarei mais...😢

Tinha tudo para ser bom, mas…
O processo de checkin foi totalmente frustrante e desrespeitoso. Por um problema interno no sistema do hotel, não chegou a nossa confirmação de reserva para eles, mesmo estando tudo certo no site da Hotéis.com. Ficamos 1h30 esperando no hall do hotel, os funcionários totalmente sem treinamento para lidar com esse tipo de imprevisto, só liberaram nosso quarto mediante pagamento diretamente na recepção, mesmo eu passando o recibo comprovando pagamento pelo site da hotéis.com. Por fim, ainda me falaram que esse problema havia acontecido 4 vezes naquela semana, e eles ainda assim não tinham nenhum plano de contingência e cobraram no meu cartão de crédito por algo que era erro unicamente deles. No dia seguinte confirmaram o pagamento pelo site da Hotéis.com, e o estorno do pagamento feito na recepção foi solicitado, mas tem até 48 horas para confirmação, e perdemos ainda mais tempo na recepção para saber se haviam efetuado ou não. No final, não recebemos nenhum pedido de desculpas.

Área de laser muito boa porém a hidromassagem estava com cheiro bem ruim de urina! Café da manhã diversificado. Nos colocaram em um quarto apertado com cortinas de plástico mas depois mudaram quando reclamei! Atendimento satisfatório, mas nada que nos cative!
