"Beach across street was super nice, safe and very convenient area, staff was friendly and food was good for the price we paid. Bought half board, but when we checked in was told it wasn’t on the system, we were allowed to have dinner, but it took 3 days to have our name on the list, kind of embarrassing. 2 of the 3 pools including the kids pool was very dirty the last 2 days of our stay. "The property itself is nice however no direct access to the beach like other nearby hotels. It is the closest hotel to the ferry and to a couple of the dining options by the ferry. When we arrived (at 3:00 PM), they did not have a clean room for us and we had to wait around for an hour before receiving a room. In addition, the next day, our room was not cleaned at all until asking mulitple times at the front desk for someone to provide new sheets and towels for us. The hot water is really nice...
