What a great apartment. So spacious and a great pool. Checkin was easy with the code. Everything you could want in the fridge. We walked to beach and swam. So nice to be able to spread out. Just wish we could have stayed more nights! We certainly hope to go back...

We were only suppose to stay the night and leave very early in the morning... the apartment was rude me and my family got to the place early, even though the room was ready he made us wait tii exactly 3 pM before letting us in......

They requested a picture of my passport before they would give me the check-in information. Initially, I resisted because I was worried about giving this information but eventually, I gave it about 24 hours prior to check in. Despite doing this, we waited quite awhile once we arrived at the property for them to send us the check-in information. Hours at the pool were extremely limited. We brought our own snacks to the poolside and used a couple of glasses from the kitchen, and we had a complaint from them about this. Our friends came over to sit outside and one of their kids use the pool with our kids for a few minutes and we had a complaint about this too. The apartment was clean enough, but definitely very used. There was no microwave. There was a washing machine, but no laundry detergent. When I asked for laundry detergent, I was told that someone would bring me some of the following day, which was our day of checkout, so this was not useful. Lastly, they entered our apartment without consent which was very disconcerting for us. They also turned off the air conditioning when they entered the apartment so when we returned in the evening, it was extremely warm and took a very long time for the apartment to cool down. Overall, for the amount of money that we paid, I would not recommend this stay and will definitely not be staying there again in the future.

Very responsive and helpful. We only stayed overnight on our way elsewhere, so did not have a chance to visit the area.

Nice place but...
Posted 2 Jun 2024 on HotelsNice place but people not used to staying in a B&B type dont know where to look for things. The lock on the front sliding door didnt lock from the outside. Also the shade would not go up.. It did not lock in the small bedroom from the inside. We had to reset internet via Google. They were friendly and quick to answer the emergency WhatsAp and clear up some things. I would recommend this place if they would fix the few minor things.
