The good: the front desk lady is very nice and helpful. It's quite inexpensive. There is also on-site parking.
The bad: the area around it isn't the best. There's not much to do.If it weren't for on-site parking, street parking is a pain. You have to walk up a flight of stairs, so if you have heavy suitcases, be prepared.
The ugly: the room is small, cramped, and not in the best shape. No AC. It's also noisy, especially when the garbage truck comes early in the morning.

Great, small and quiet hotel near Metro Polo Universatario. Definitely great value.

I found the room small and weirdly arranged. Doors make noise and the access, also parking is limited

Conveniently located next to ISEP
Posted 10 Sep 2016Nice residential hotel next to ISEP and near the University of Porto. The subway station (IPO yellow line) is about 10 min walk. Clean with minimum facilities. Cable TV with some english channels. Good WiFi.

Reasonbly comfortable average budget Hotel.
