Walking distance to Porto’s main sites, plenty of places to eat and shop. Elevator starts on the 2nd floor so you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs; the bathroom was very clean but needs more lighting. Front desk was very helpful snd friendly

First of all, I must say the staff was excellent. Communication was quick, and they helped with transportation from the airport and with minor issues in the apartment. And the location is so central and perfect.
But the condition of the unit itself was very basic and not the best. Some issues: soap and shampoo bottles have old torn labels which isn’t legible. Only 2 hangers provided for a room with 4 guests. Broken toaster. I know the staff would have helped rectify these issues but I didn’t want to bother them with every slight problem. I would only recommend to travellers that don’t plan to use the kitchen, and only if there was a price discount.

Great unit in a perfect part of town to enjoy all Porto has to offer. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
