First: three steps down into the hotel without any handrail! So dangerous! Silly me, I was warned from other reviews about the noise; I never expected amplifiers just below our window for hours. When I asked about possibility of changing rooms, I was told all were taken. That I understand. AND that next time we should book directly with the hotel, not use Expedia.
Breakfast was great, shower and bed were fine. Not a drawer in the place! Four nights with no place to put undies, socks, etc. We got instant coffee pkgs., others got Nespresso. 😳. Asked about bus fare: “ask at Information center!” Sarah, however, was great!
