"Very nice staff. They all spoke English. Loved our stay. Beach is beautiful. Only complaint is ths bed is hard, but all the hotels this trip the beds are hard so maybe its a thing in Spain and Portugal. No hot tub.. they have thermal spa. You have to make a reservation and its 17euros per person "

"We were provided a home like atmosphere. The staff were laser focus on providing guests the very best experience. We often heard, “we’re here for you”. They certainly live up to that statement, specifically, Claudia, Barbara, and Patricia. The breakfast ingredients were fresh every day. "Wonderful location, easy to walk to restaurants etc. great views from Roof top Bar area. More care needs to be taken with signage in public spaces as floors have uneven surfaces and drop offs with no warning. I had a nasty fall on a wet marble floor…..no signage and still bruised badly and suffering with body pain and wounds. Staff were helpful and considerate but this should not happen. "
