The male receptionist was trying too hard to make us book a Douro valley boat cruise, instead of helping us figure out how to take a train ride there, which we figured out on our own and enjoyed it. He was not helpful.

Location and pricing was good. Layout of bath poor - shower lacked proper partition to stop flooding the entire bathroom, also the shower handle kept falling off the holder.

Clean with a helpful and friendly staff! Location is great. Close to the metro and the market. Our room overlooked a busy shopping street, but inside the room was very quiet.

Friendly welcoming staff. Clean room with stove, dining table and sofa with TV. In the heart of old town, plenty of restaurants, shops and bakeries.

Cute apartments with great customer service in a convenient location. Rooms are not very sound proof so its hard to sleep with outside noise.

The staff was very helpful very thorough. The location was so ideal great location for shopping and enjoying treats along the way.

Sweet Bloom is amazing. Great location to walk to all the sites. Shopping mall with large grocery store 2 mins away. The staff are very sweet & knowledgeable. Would so recommend anyone to stay here!
