The breakfast was wonderful. Staff was attentive and responsive. The room may need some TLC. The location was accessible by train and walkable to everything. Sofia and Ana are excellent.

Marta was AMAZING! Very friendly and knowledgeable, she gave us great advice and tips on where to go and what to eat etc.

Loved the old feel of the outside but the modern look of the inside. Room was great. Clean with friendly staff and breakfast was great

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The staff were exceptionally helpful, with great suggestions on local attractions, dining etc. The room was lovely and the breakfast was super. Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved it and would definitely stay there again.

The staff were super welcoming and helpful! The location is convenient to the metro to the airport, and close to the busy areas of Porto, with just enough distance to be quiet and relaxing. The room has a lovely balcony and (important for the summer!) great AC! Also, the breakfast spread is lovely with plenty of options beyond bread & jam -- fresh juice, fruit, pastries, yogurt, cereal, eggs, cold cuts, etc.

Staff were helpful and courteous.
The challenge for me was the limited orden e of staff. After 5 there is nobody around. The receptionist responds if you send an email about a specific concern or question but you do lot have the associated services Such as access to information, getting a taxi, etc. there’s nobody.
