The accommodation is just perfect. Food places, shops, metro stations are close by. Great hosts, very responsive and helpful. Thank you for making our stay in Porto an enjoyable one!

Comfortable 3-night stay Great communication with the property. We were warmly welcomed, check-in was a breeze and our apartment was impeccably clean! Easy to walk everywhere. Enjoyed the Bolhoa market across the street. A bit loud at night, but that's the area and it didn't last long.

Great location but lacking in amenities. No sound proof windows no blackout shades. Stayed 8nights and got two coffees. No pepper no oil no tea lack of sugar and coffee.

Great Location for Shopping Good Restaurants all around Metro across the Street very Impressed will stay again for Sure . Family of 3

Sweet Porto apartment is a relatively economical, not fancy but fully functional apartment hotel. I stayed there for 6 nights in May. It has many pluses. It's location is excellent, within walking distance to all attractions. The Bahoa Market is across the street. A Portugal supermarket chain store, a pharmacy and a bakery are nearby. The kitchen is well equipped to cook a simple meal. The biggest minus is the lack of service and its absolute refusal to provide any service after check in. There is no front desk, guests communicate with the management team about expected arrival time initially through Expedia message, the platform I booked the hotel. This is perfectly okay. After having connected with them, they wanted me to communicate through WhatsApp. A team member waited for me and my husband and I at the specified arrival time at the apartment. The representative charged our credit and gave us the apartment key and a Porto map. When I asked what I should do if I need more toilet paper and kitchen trash bags, I get the totally unexpected reply of "you buy them at the supermarket yourself". When I wanted to ask more questions, the representative said she needed to leave. I later followed up about replenishment of trash bags through WhatsApp, my message was read but no reply. It is a total disappointment. Even though Sweet Porto is an economical no fanfare apartment hotel, I do expect management provides the basic necessary supplies.

It was never our intention to make you feel left out and we believe there was a misunderstanding.We understand how important it is to have basic supplies readily available for the entirety of the stay. However, as mentioned at the check-in, our service does not follow the same model as a hotel and cleaning service and extra supplies are not provided for stays longer than 7 nights.
