The staff were helpful. The location is walkable to the very nice beach

Location was great it was walking distance to the beach, the spa was nice, some of the pool jets didn’t work. Adult pool was quiet and peaceful.
Our room was connected to the pool, our door didn’t lock properly so with a few attempts you could unlock from outside, so we always had to keep the shutter down.
The rooms offer everything its like a bachelor apartment.

Nice amenities and relaxing atmosphere. So close to beach to see sunsets. Close to lighthouse area and boardwalks to see amazing rock formations and grottos in the Algarve coast

Check in at 4 pm and check out time is 10 am.. they literally knocked at 10 am , to make sure we are ready to leave. Staff is not friendly at all

The check in man was not very nice and dismissed my conversation around being a gold VIP Expedia status. There is no soap in the shower The spare room bed had springs almost come out of the mattress
