Horrible staff and service. Bed was broken upon arrival. No housekeeping came without us calling the front desk to complain. Horrible experience

Good hotel in Porto de Galinhas
Posted 14 Nov 2021 on HotelsGreat location and pool/beach area. The buffet for breakfast and dinner is good, but at the time I went it was too crowded and made it kind of chaotic.
The room is ok, not very small, and renewed which is appreciated in this area.
My opinion is that the hotel is improving, they have something to keep upgrading, but is a good choice in Porto the Galinhas. However they have better competitors close by.
