"Awful. Room service threw away a packet of pills of mine and when confronted they acted defensive instead of helping and insisted that all they do in the room is change towels which they didn’t even do. Came back to the room the next day and they threw more things out and moved all of our things. Toilet didn’t even flush , you have to mop after you shower. Safe to say the hotel experience brought down our holiday a lot"

"The property is very unique and our favourite hotel we’ve ever stayed at in Greece! "We had a great time in Thessaloniki while staying at Kenteo Luxury Suites. It is located about an hour and a half away from the Thessaloniki airport and the staff was great at helping us set up transportation to and from.
