They could do a better job with cleaning, as the bathroom was dusty and some towels were stained. Nice stay overall.

Lobby, restaurant are all fine. Rooms are dated with poor quality furniture. Bed is fine and a/c worked well. The entire suite (we had a suite) had three lights. That’s it. One night was very windy, and sliding windows rattled all night. They need to be refitted. Bathrooms are definitely in need of updating.

Primeira vez nesse hotel... Sabe a frase? Nem tudo que reluz é ouro. Pois sim, uma construção arquitetônica linda. Qdo vc chega.. uouu.. Mas dai vc vai olhando de perto e vê melhor. Prescisam olhar com carinho a limpeza do elevador e corredores de acesso aos quartos Os quartos estão prescisando de renovação ou uma olhada melhor na decoração. Pq a cama ótima, travesseiros prescisando trocar, roupa de cama tb não é das melhores. Banho, chuveiro não tem pressão. Café da manhã muito bom, mas pode melhorar ainda mais, são pequenos detalhes. Funcionários, todos muitooo simpáticos e atenciosos. Localização do hotel excelente. E gente... cuidado com a raxa que tentam cobrar no check-out. E muito alta e vc paga se quiser.
