I was a little skeptical booking here because of the mixed reviews. However my husband and I had an amazing stay. Rooms were very clean and the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. Very cute coffee bar downstairs. Only negative factor in my opinion was the high pricing for vallet parking per day. However there are many parking lots around the area for a cheaper option for parking.

Lovely boutique style hotel. Great location in the heart of downtown with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Staff was average. Gal that checked me in didn’t mention vip benefits so I don’t believe any got applied.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay at this hotel. The room, although on the compact side, it was very clean. Perhaps the only comment would be around the building noises during the night and that you hear very clear whenever someone walked by talking on the corridor given the room's layout.

We loved our stay here! Very cute and vibey. The staff was great! Took off a star because the room was tiny, the sheets were very rough and there was no bathrobe in the room as described.

No parking available on the property. Valet was not an option due to a marathon going on in the morning. We had to park 3 blocks away and walk with our luggage. Staff was very friendly.

This property looks economical but they charge random fees. We arrived early and our room was ready, but they tried to charge us a fee to get in the room early. This is right at the start of our stay, which left an impression.

Great option in Portland downtown. Cute amenities that I wasn’t aware of beforehand like a welcome martini. Helpful front desk with parking options other than their valet. Expedia deal also allowed us to get a free breakfast in the cafe downstairs. Very central to Portland and very walkable. Overall, very pleased with my stay here
