Nice location. Room was fine but the king bed needed replaced, no support at all the springs were shot

The employees were extremely friendly and accommodating. On the first morning I woke up to a shower that would not drain in the tub. I went to the desk and they were able to move me to a different room. Both rooms the tubs were in poor condition and the paint or linoleum was chipping away.
Other than that I was extremely happy. However, the location is very difficult to access.

This property was excellent for the price. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. I like light colored bedding which was what was in our room because dark colored makes me feel like they are hiding the dirt. Our first room was musty/smelly and the heat/air conditioning was not working. Called the front desk and they responded immediately. Moved us to a new room which did not stink and was very clean. We appreciated the quick response. Breakfast was good.
Things that could be better- The desk chairs in both rooms were torn and worn, need to be replaced. . Went down for breakfast at 8:55 and they had cleaned everything up. I understood breakfast went until 9:30. The young lady cleaning up was not helpful. We did get some eggs and sausage, asked for ketchup and butter and she seemed annoyed with us.
Overall: we would definitely stay here again because location was excellent for what we were doing in Oregon. it was so close to shopping and costco. Also the beds were great and front desk personnel were very good.

Hotel is located just a 7-minute walk from the train station that goes to downtown and the shopping mall. Staff was amazing, super welcoming. My only disappointment was the use of single-use plastic cutlery, straws and paper plates at breakfast. I wish hotels can consider more sustainable options.

Room had (what appeared to be) blood spots on the carpet, distressed furniture, and poor lighting. One of those places I couldn’t wait to check out of despite front desk staff being very friendly! I did appreciate their help and service!
