The checkin process was good. Very close to the airport. Very nice staff. The room was clean but appeared larger in the photos. There was a coffee pot but no coffee. The noise from our neighbors was very irritating. They were up all night and in turn kept us up. They made the decision to leave about 3am and we were able to get a few hours sleep. Our experience would have been much better had it been in a better location.

Need to change manager
Posted 19 Aug 2024 on HotelsWhile Olivia the housekeeper and her husband who handles maintenance are absolutely amazing and quick to hadle things without any fuss. The woman who runs the front desk and her husband make staying there more often than not beyond unpleasant. Not only was the lady at the desk rude and unpleasant she actually had to refund money she stole from me and to top it off she had the nerve to try and tell me that i could not have my service animal there and that if i did I had to show her my paperwork which is illegal. I stay here quite often but lately ive been looking at staying elsewher. Till they change management i do not recommend staying there.
