Not a fan of Portland. But the price was right, all doors and windows locked well for safety and the room was clean.

This is a better Motel 6 and we stayed here twice in 4 days. The front desk confirmed that it was a red roof in before becoming a motel 6. The building is close to I-5 so there will be some highway traffic, but the noise is muffled and manageable. The big issue we had the first time was the low frequency boom from the music played in the bar behind the building which lasted well into or over midnight. The 2nd time we requested a room at the front facing the parking area and did not hear any bar music. It could be that bar did not play booming music that night, but we totally enjoyed the stay the 2nd time. The room is clean and spacious with 2 queen size bed (a lot more comfy than the full size beds when sharing with kids). The staff is efficient and friendly. The price is the lowest of the whole area. There is a Safeway a few minutes away and fast food places within walking distance. We recommend this motel 6.

The room and bedding was clean and comfortable. We expected some amenities; such as shampoo & conditioner and lotion - but there was only a small bar of soap. A coffee bar in the room would have been nice also. This stay was priced too high for the BASIC room.

I love staying here because it's close to a great jogging route. It was a safe, clean Motel 6.
