Breakfast great. Parking not.

No convenient parking. All spaces in front of hotel were reserved for valet parking. All loading zones were full. Had to park down the street and carry luggage in the rain. No onsite parking for guests except at exorbitant prices. Will never go back to this Hyatt or any other Hyatt. I felt unwelcome! A hotel room is a hotel room. It’s how they greet you that counts and this place failed.

the front desk girl needs to be a bit more discreet when checking people in, instead of loud and sounding like she is reciting a written script. a bit more personal touch

Horrible customer service and when you ask for housekeeping they don’t come. The he/him/they with green hair sits around at the front desk plays on their phone and eats ramen and doesn’t provide any service.

Beautiful new property in great neighborhood. But, $30/night for valet parking is the only option. Does not feel consistent with the neighborhood.

I did not see any information about required valet parking with a per day fee. I would not have booked at this hotel if I known of this extra expense.
