Everything was mostly awesome. Hotel, room, Clean, nice, pool was clean and great. Front desk guy was AMAZING! However, the restaurant and bar staff were horrible. Never tried to greet you, had to always find them to order something, left us sitting several times after making eye contact to order, forgot several orders, tried to give me a 3oz pour on a $9 glass of wine. We had 6 people
for dinner and after being directed to seat ourselves waited for 20 min before I got up and asked for menus. Adult vs kid burger was the same except smashed and over cooked to look bigger. Front desk was great. Other staff very lacking. Constantly felt rushed to appease them. No service skills at all!
