Great customer service from staff. Original assigned room didn’t have a working heater and there was a huge stain on the shade over the window. Staff was great and switched me to a different room that had a working heater and felt cleaner. Disappointed by stains on furniture and carpet and a few pillows had an odor so they weren’t used but overall okay and I would stay there again.

Julia, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about the issues during your stay. We currently have the room down to ensure the leak is fixed properly as well as having all furnishings touched up. We just installed new shades and are in the process of (about 60%) replacing all the carpet. Sadly, the stain on the shade did come from water leaking in through the window. Again, we are truly sorry and hope you give us another chance in the future!!

Nice large room with all the amenities, friendly and helpful staff, good hot breakfast.

530am breakfast on the day after Thanksgiving for us early travelers was a blessing, especially when the usual breakfast start time was 630am.
