I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the last decade or so and this was the first time I’ve had any problems. The staff was not as friendly as in the past. The worst part was a small stain on the comforter I discovered on Christmas Eve when there was no housekeeping available. Disgusting enough to make me consider never staying there again!

Not great, cumbersome check in. Room was dated. Price happened to be good on this particular night. I would be much harder on them if I'd payed the normal rate.

Short stay but in a safe neighborhood with food options. Have happy hour and breakfast.

The location is great and so it’s the staff. I can add that when I reviewed my credit card statement the charge was 60 dollars more than what I was supposed to pay. When I called the hotel they said it was 20/per day deposit charge that should be credited in a “few” days. No one had warned me about this charge at the time of check out.
