No shower gel/soap for taking a shower, had to use hand soap. Carpet and couch stains in my room made the room seem dirty overall. Staff was nice and responsive, bed was comfortable. I would choose a different property in the area next time.

I liked the open airiness of the inner lobby. The breakfast bar and made to order eggs. I liked the complimentary cocktails in the evening and the integral restaurant. Had a wonderful stay.

Room smelled like a musty basement. Everything was pretty worn down. Breakfast, pool and fitness center were great.

Our room was a good size. Bigger than expected. Breakfast was great. Made to order eggs/omelettes. Bread for toast. Pancakes or French toast. Bacon or sausage. (These rotated)
Room was quiet even though it's on a busy street. Shopping close by at Target and Washington Square mall. Bed was comfortable. Staff was great. Especially the breakfast crew. Friendly and professional.

Kids loved the pool, staff was very friendly, elevators had me concerned on safety.
