Got put into a room on the ground floor, next to the tram-line running through town. I would think this would be the very last room you'd want to let out, and from the lobby it sure didn't seem like you were going to run out of room any time soon. Seemed like a nice hotel, but I just didn't get to see any of that part.

Staff was great and very helpful. Rooms were comfortable (wish there was a mini fridge though) and location was easy access to everywhere I needed to go on my trip. Wonderful staff and service!

Staff was super accommodating and very nice whenever we interacted with them. Room was massive with a nice view of the park and beds were very comfortable. The parking structure was also very convenient and large so no worries about not being able to find a spot. The only issue was the walking bridge from the parking lot to the hotel was closed so if you parked on the second or third floor, you needed to go down the elevator, across the driveway, inside the hotel, and then back up to your floor. I wasnt given an explanation as to why but if it was as a safety precaution I understand entirely. Just wish there were more luggage carts available as it did require several trips up down and across to bring everything inside.

Large rooms including beds and shower. The tolitires were also nice (Crabtree Evelyn). Staff were friendly and efficient.
