The room was very large; the bathroom was huge and outside the bathroom was the sink area. Across from the bathroom area was a settee and a little table. There was a large tv across from the two big, comfortable beds. The lobby had a nice bar area, with a pool table and games.

The hotel itself was great but the room was lacking some soft materials. It was extremely loud and echoed everything. The toilet was not private. Some sound buffering would have made this a five star review.

Even though, I got a room with a nice view, still it didn’t feel like it’s worth it for the price we paid. Location is great but everything else was just okay. If we had known that the breakfast was to go kind of breakfast, we would not have paid more for it. Also additional $40 valet parking made the price even less reasonable. The layout of the room was strange, shower out open in the living space? We won’t be staying here again.

Front desk should know parking situation and not just say valet. Very deceiving and greedy. $40 for valet is ridiculous in Portland, ME. Free parking across the street but not shared by hotel staff. Wall behind front desk is very visually unappealing. Minimalistic room design is not great for families. Hipster hotel vibe not jiving for families
