Bad staff service, not clean the room. Also charged me for something I didn’t do it. So terrible I stayed here!!!

I'm sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us over the Christmas holiday. I see the restaurant charge in question was reversed by my team prior to your departure, and will follow-up with housekeeping as they were present each day and would typically only miss a stayover service if the Do-Not-Disturb was on the door. I hope in the future we have the opportunity to provide a better experience.

Facility and room was nice, big rooms, we paid extra for breakfast and it was awful. Dried sausage patty, dry eggs. They are supposed to have good crossiants, but while cooked on the outside the insides were raw, bad start to the day!

This was our second time staying here and we love this hotel. Clean, modern and the rooms are amazing!
