The staff was fantastic and very helpful. The rooms and beds are comfortable and well appointed for the price. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in the heart of Portimao!

Returning customer here. Made Inn stays my No 1 choice in Portimao. It is close to both, train and bus stations, all the shops and restaurants. It is always spotless clean and the staff is very helpful. If you are looking for super comfort, this may not be for you. But if you need a clean and safe place from where you can easily move around the Western Algarve without a car, this is your place.

Nice simple hotel
Basic hotel, but very clean and spacious room. Was on top floor, had a nice big double, big bathroom and nice and quiet. A bit far from the beach but a walk there and taxi back was super easy and cheap.

Situated in the old Portimao. Easy walking access to the restaurants. Has an agreement with a parking in the street at very reasonable rates. Rooms are clean and breakfast fair for the price. Good pick if you are on a budget

Very poor staff
This was our first time to Portugal. I regularly go on holiday and this was the first time I actually wanted to return home. Staff are not willing to help. My cousin parked car and was told not to park there. He was told to move car and find parking on his own. The guy on reception at first was nice. But then turned out to be a disaster. The directions he was giving was leading my cousin to walk almost 3km back to hotel. This was at around 2am. In the end luckily my cousin found parking and just got a taxi back. There are loads of stray dogs in the area. Also yes I have been chased by these. So if like me you have a phobia then this is a big no no. I did see a few shops but as I was there only 1 night thankfully couldn't see. But hopefully I will never return here in a million years.
