"This hotel is certainly not a 4 star hotel. First of all the hotel refused to turn on the aircondition even though the room temperature was over 30 degrees at night. We did have trouble sleeping. They told us that the government was prohibiting them from using air condition until June, which is not true. Obviously they are trying to save money although we paid for cooling. Also I am pretty sure there was bedbugs as we woke up with itchy bumps on our body.. The drain was clogged in the...

"Very small space for 3 people. Breakfast was not very nice, have stayed in previous ibis in France and similar breakfast much nicer. Parts of bathroom were falling apart. Otherwise fairly clean. Payment for parking seemed expensive. Not a very nice/safe location for
