"Excellent property, spacious and located in a great area to walk to so much. Only issue was no AC, which was expected, but not enough fans. The property could use ceiling fans or more portable fans as it was very warm during the day and bery warm on a few evenings. "

"This is our second year staying at Bristol Redcliffe; it is in ideal base for travelling around Bristol and into Bath--great bus, coach, and train services--and there's good coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and markets close by. "The apartment was clean and functional and the location is handy for Clifton. The pre-registration process seemed to include unnecessary information but was relatively straightforward. The room had a funny smell, like mothballs, which was quite over powering, we assumed it was to cover a less pleasant smell. Keeping the windows open helped but then made it cold, of course. "Fantastic stay, Marianna was a great host that kept in contact during our stay. Very central with underground paid parking on request. Apartment very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities for a work/family stay. Good wifi and located near to great restaurants and places of interest in Bristol."

"The Angel is my favourite hotel in Cardiff and I’ve been staying there for over 50 yrs. It’s full of memories for me and still as beautiful. The staff are friendly and kind and I had a lovely appointed room. It’s Victorian charm is wonderful and full of character ❤️"

A refuge in a storm

"I booked into the Clayton at Bristol because I couldn't get back to Wales due to Storm Darragh. It was a delight to stay there after a stressful day. The staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. The restaurant had a good selection of food, friendly and efficient service. As a sole female traveller, I never felt uncomfortable. I slept well, felt refreshed in the morning and was able to continue my onward journey with calm."

"Well managed by Vas although it's clear he has his hands full leading some of his newer team members. We are staying for 11 days due to family illness and Vas in particular has been so very helpful. Great to have the service area on the doorstep; has made it easy to source provisions when needed, and there is a washing machine / tumble dryer bank in the service area which is very handy. "
