"Excellent location just 2 minutes from the beautiful beach. Our room was spacious and very clean the a balcony overlooking the street and with a sea view. The morning sunrises were outstanding. The owners and staff are very friendly whilst remaining professional at all times. "

The whole building was full or character and very stylishly decorated to a high level with a selection of D-day memorabilia and information in the dining room. There was a good breakfast included of Croissant/Pain au Chocolate/Pain au Raisin and bread, preserves and cheese together with hot drinks and juice. A particularly nice touch was a selection of chocolates in the bedroom. Would certainly recommend...

"Rather unusual. Arrival down a lovely farm lane to a old farm being renovated. The charming owner showed us to our accommation, which was to a high standard, very spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay, lovely family doing up the facility and economically priced. Would happily return. "

"Just pulling out La Ferme des Mares, a charming establishment that provides everything except showers and an apology or discount for providing showers. Should you decide to visit, my advice is that you check the hot water before accepting the keys so that you don't have the unhappy experience of discovering an ice cold shower upon waking the next morning. And no one at the reception to assist you until 8:30 AM when you need to check out."

"Needed a place to stay last minute as i was too tired to put up my tent on a motorcycle tour in France. I was delighted to find this accommodation, which was a nice drive both through country lanes but also accessible from the main roads. The reception staff, Fabien and Anne Lyse were very welcoming, helpful and couldnt do enough to ensure my stay was comfortable. I opted not to have breakfast, and this resulted in me having 14 hours' unplanned sleep in a very comfy bed. Coffee is on tap and...

The breakfast was the standard bread, pastries, cereal, fruits and cheese. The location was easy to find, and a great spot to stay if planning on visiting the town. The town is close enough to walk if you want alternative options for food."
