Nice hotel to stay at for a weekend. Very quiet and well kept.

Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Portage La Prairie has great location very close to transcanada highway. Rooms are clean. Lobby smells amazing walking in. Great free breakfast options.

Or stay at the Microtel was good, everything was very clean. The staff were accommodating. The only issue we had were plugins. Finding enough electrical ports that worked to charge all of our devices was challenging. The electrical plus in the bathroom does not work for my flat iron but worked for my airbrush. So is you don’t have the the safety end on your cords it won’t work. Other than that I would not hesitate to stay here again. I did not prepay and we
arrived late at night and had somewhere we had to be so I went in just to let them know that we still wanted the room. They just asked if I was using the credit card that I booked with, I said yes and she handing my the keycards. To 30 seconds. I was impressed
