The door beeped atleast 7 times everytime you came in or out of your room and everyone elses, so all day and night long you hear beeping. I was told this was a security precaution and the beeping stops to let you know yiur room is secure but it does not i left my door cracked and the beeping stopped. A sleepless night for my protection.

This property was by far not the worst that I have been to it is dated and could use an update as far as the paint and interior of the room the staff was good and the atmosphere was nice breakfast was hit or miss. I would have no problem staying here again.

The toilet in our room was so loose that it was impossible to sit on without wondering if the toilet would fall sideways. Went to staff and they told me that they would send someone to check the toilet and when asked about getting some reparation for the toilet issue they said the the manager would contact me on the issue, it has been seven days since we left the hotel and have heard nothing from the management. We fulfilled our or end of the bargain and paid for our stay to bad they didn’t fulfill their end of the bargain. I liked the location but the upkeep has a lot to desired. But the lack of management to consider that I wasn’t important enough to make an attempt to contact me speaks volume to me about my importance to the company and management. Considering another stay with them would not be likely.

This was the worst place I've stayed at as an adult that cost over $100. There was pubic on the floor around the hot tub and in the bathroom. Yellowish stains that wasn't fully dried in the middle of the hot tub that resembled like bodily fluids than any food type of waste. Dirt was in the hot tub, bathtub and shower area along on the bedding from the fitted sheet to the comforter and pillow cases. The splattered stains on the sheets & pillow cases was in Rorschach style as it was everywhere. The hole on the entertainment center looked like a bullet hole as there was a few different chips & holes. I could live with the holes on the table and stains on the floor if the room was cleaned. We asked to be switched to another hot tub room and was told they're all sold out. I told the lady working at the first checkin and was told they're sold out. She handed us cleaning supplies and was supposed to be clean pillow cases & sheets but was only able to use 2 out of the 4 pillow cases because the other 2 was dirty and 1 of the 2 sheets because the other was dirty also. I would never stay at this hotel ever again. Management was no help and after driving for 8½ hours from Tennessee to Michigan they said I could leave and find another hotel but I'll lose my money since I didn't cancel the hotel before the 23rd. Management needs to do better at enforcing the rules that every room should be clean and friendly when talking to guess. It's sad how much we needed to clean the bathroom

This was in a great location with friendly staff as I arrived. We had to have our room keys reprogrammed because they didn’t work at first. The shower drained super slowly and the toilet seat wobbled badly. There was damage around the moldings and dust all around. But no bugs so we still felt comfortable staying. My 1 year old enjoyed the pool although it was a little cold. The continental breakfast was not super well stocked when I arrived at 6:45am but for my husband an hour later, it was good! All in all not our favorite place to stay, seemed like it wasn’t super-well cared for or maintained. There is a nice Salvation Army thrift store close by! As well as lots of food options and this is right off the interstate so you can’t beat the location.

The hotel looked beatiful when we arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful! The room was spacious and clean! We love the exercise room and the pool. We will definately be back.
